REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery & Pickup

We offer complimentary pickup and delivery services within operational areas.
Curtain cleaning includes free de-installation and reinstallation.
Standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days.
Missed pickups or deliveries may be rescheduled at a nominal charge.

2. Storage Policy

Items unclaimed for over 15 days will incur a storage charge of 30% of the invoice per month

Items not collected within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be responsibly disposed of

3. Refunds & Compensation

Refunds are not offered

Any compensation is limited to five times the service charge of the item

Curtains, leather items, and carpets are not eligible for compensation

Items designated as “owner risk” (including delicate or embellished garments) are excluded from claims

All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

4. Service Limitations

Full stain removal is not guaranteed

We are not liable for issues resulting from poor-quality materials or construction

For curtain de-installation/removal or re-installation: where rods, brackets or fixtures are weak, faulty or previously damaged, Wash4You is not responsible for any resulting damages.

Alteration, darning, and repair services are permanent and non-refundable

5. Payment & Disputes

Payments are due prior to or upon delivery

Late payments attract 18% annual interest from the invoice date

Disputes related to the invoice must be raised within 24 hours of receipt
