Questions about our rates
No — every price on this page is a base rate and GST is added at 18% as per government norms. It is shown separately in your cart, so there are no surprises at the end.
Laundry is bulk work, so weighing by the kilo is fairer for a family load. Dry cleaning needs individual inspection, stain treatment and handling per garment, so per-item pricing means you only pay for the pieces that need expert care.
Our lehenga rate starts at ₹399. Heavy, bridal and beadwork pieces are quoted after inspection, because the price depends on weight, embroidery and fabric. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will give you an accurate figure before you commit.
We own our processing facility rather than running as a franchise, and our machinery is water- and power-efficient, so our rates sit below most app-based services while pickup and delivery stay free.
Yes. We provide customised commercial rates for hotels, salons, gyms, corporate offices and housing societies. Email care@wash4you.in or call us for a tailored quote.
Express processing is available at 1.5× the standard rate. Same-day delivery depends on your area and the size of the order — call to confirm availability before you book.
Tell us and we will reprocess the order at no additional cost. We would rather redo a piece than have you live with it.
