Gurgaon & Delhi NCR’s Most Hygienic Mattress Cleaning
We clean mattresses in your flat, on the bed, with a low-moisture method built around dust mites and old sweat. Two Gurugram stores, and a team that will tell you upfront what will not come out.

48 hours
Your mattress absorbs more than anything else in the house and gets cleaned the least. Every night you lose moisture and skin into its top few centimetres, and that thin layer is the whole problem. It is where dust mites live, because skin is what they eat, and what sets off the morning sneezing is not the mite but the protein in its droppings, which lifts out of the fibres every time you turn over.
In Gurugram it builds faster than people expect. Monsoon humidity keeps most flats comfortable enough for mites to breed, and the rest of the year the bedroom is shut, air-conditioned and barely ventilated. Airing it in the sun is not an option on the eleventh floor of a Sector 49 tower with a balcony the size of a side table.
What the job actually involves
We work in your home. A mattress cannot go downstairs unfolded, and folding damages a spring unit or foam core, so it stays on the bed.
Dry work comes first: HEPA vacuuming with an agitating head across the whole surface, into the seams, along the piping and over both faces. That alone lifts skin, hair, grit and much of the mite matter before any liquid touches the fabric. Then targeted treatment. Sweat and body oil show as yellow-brown haloes around the head and hip areas, and those are pre-sprayed, given dwell time and extracted. Urine, from a child or a pet, needs an enzyme that breaks down uric acid crystals, because plain detergent only masks the smell and it returns the first humid week.
Everything is low-moisture, and that restraint is the craft. A soaked mattress can take days to dry from the inside and will grow mould in the foam long before it feels damp to the hand. We use controlled extraction with strong vacuum recovery and airflow, and we do not pack up until the surface is dry. Leave the bed unmade and a fan running.
What cannot be saved
- Old sweat yellowing. The residue, odour and bacteria come out. The tint usually stays, because oxidised body oil has already changed the ticking's colour. Anyone promising a ten-year-old yellowed mattress will come back white is guessing.
- Mould inside the foam. Black speckling under the ticking means it has grown into the material, and no surface process reaches it.
- Heat-set blood. Blood only lifts cold. Once it has been washed hot or pressed over, it is fixed.
- A collapsed core. A permanent body-shaped dip means the core has failed. We can make it hygienic; we cannot make it supportive.
- Coir and cotton-filled mattresses. These hold water badly, so we treat them dry with surface steam only, and we tell you that before starting.
Before we arrive
Strip the bedding and wash it at 60°C if the label allows, since a cooler wash moves mites around rather than killing them. Clear anything stored under the bed and give us access to one long side. Check for a zip-off cover, which can be laundered separately, and read the care label: a few imported mattresses are marked do not wet clean, and we go fully dry on those. Most of all, tell us what happened on it: a spill, an illness, a pet accident. It decides what we bring.
What we take
Items we handle
- Pocket-spring and Bonnell mattressesThe most forgiving type to work on. Open coil construction breathes, so extraction recovers well and drying is quicker. We pay attention to the quilted top panel and the side piping, where dust collects and vacuum heads usually skip.
- Memory foam and hybrid mattressesFoam holds water and does not release it, so these get the lowest moisture of anything we handle, a milder solution and a longer drying stage. If a memory foam mattress has been soaked at any point in the past, tell us; the damage may already be inside.
- Latex mattressesNatural latex reacts badly to strong alkaline cleaners and to prolonged wetness, both of which break the material down over time. We keep to a pH-appropriate solution and surface work only, which is enough for allergen removal and safe for the core.
- Coir and cotton-filled mattressesCommon in Indian homes and the hardest to wet clean sensibly, because dense cotton batting soaks like a sponge and takes far too long to dry. We treat these dry, with HEPA extraction and surface steam, and we are upfront that heavy staining in this type often will not shift.
- Pillow-tops, euro-tops and mattress toppersThe pillow-top layer is where sweat and skin concentrate, so it takes the most work. Separate toppers can come back to the store to be cleaned properly rather than treated on the bed, which usually gives a better result.
- Cot and children's mattressesSmall, and almost always the ones with urine history. These get enzyme treatment for uric acid, a gentle formulation, and thorough drying, since a child's mattress sits low with poor airflow underneath and holds damp longer than you would think.
- Divan bases, box springs and fabric headboardsThere is little point cleaning the mattress and leaving the base beneath it loaded with the same dust. Upholstered bases and fabric headboards are vacuumed and treated to match, and they are almost always dirtier than the owner expects.
- Mattress protectors, bedding and pillowsThe washable layers do not need in-home treatment. Send them with our pickup service instead and they come back laundered at a temperature that actually kills mites, counted and packed separately from every other customer's order.
How it works
From your door and back again
Inspection with you in the room
We check the care label, the ticking, the seams and the underside, and look for anything that changes the plan: a zip-off cover, a do-not-wet-clean marking, damp patches, or black speckling that means mould has already reached the foam. You hear the honest verdict here, not at the end.
Dry HEPA vacuuming and agitation
An agitating head loosens skin, hair and grit from the top fibres while a HEPA vacuum draws it out. Seams, piping, buttons and both faces are done. This stage removes the bulk of the mite matter and it happens before any liquid is used, because wetting dry soil turns it into mud.
Spot identification and pre-treatment
Sweat haloes, urine, blood and food spills each need different chemistry, and the wrong one sets the stain permanently. Blood is worked cold. Urine gets an enzyme with proper dwell time. Sweat and body oil are pre-sprayed and left to break down before anything is extracted.
Low-moisture extraction and sanitising
Controlled application, high vacuum recovery, and a surface pass to lift what has been loosened. On coir, dense cotton or any mattress labelled do not wet clean, we stay dry and use surface steam only rather than force a method the material cannot take.
Forced drying and hand check
Airflow across the surface until it is dry to the hand, checked at the head, the middle and the sides. Damp seams are the usual cause of that musty smell a week after a bad clean, so they get particular attention.
Handover and aftercare
We tell you what came out, what did not and why, and how long to leave the bed unmade before you put fresh sheets on. If a protector or rotation would keep it in better condition, we will say so. No upselling.
