Gurgaon & Delhi NCR’s Most Expert Leather Cleaning & Care
Jackets, bags, shoes, belts and wallets, cleaned according to the finish they actually have and then fed back the oils that cleaning takes out. Leather is nazuk, delicate in a way that punishes guesswork, so we test before we treat.

Leather is a skin, not a fabric
Every hide that becomes a jacket or a bag is packed with fats during tanning. Those fats sit between the fibres and let them slide past each other, which is the whole reason good leather drapes instead of behaving like cardboard. Any cleaning that lifts soil also takes some of that fat with it. So cleaning and reconditioning are one job here, not two: leather cleaned and handed straight back, unfed, will stiffen within a season. It is also why leather never goes through water immersion the way a shirt does.
The finish decides everything
Before anything touches your item, we work out what the surface actually is. A drop of water on pigmented leather beads and sits; on aniline it darkens and sinks within seconds. Pigmented leather, which covers most jackets and most branded handbags, carries a thin coloured topcoat and takes a proper surface clean well. Aniline and semi-aniline are dyed through with little or no topcoat, so they absorb whatever touches them and usually have to be worked panel by panel rather than spot by spot, because evening out the whole panel is the only way to avoid leaving a halo around the mark. Suede and nubuck have no topcoat at all and are brushed, blocked and re-napped dry, never shampooed. Guessing wrong at this first step is what ruins leather, and it is usually where a home attempt has already gone wrong before the item reaches us.
What cannot be saved, and we say so first
- Ballpoint ink on unfinished leather. The ink dye has already travelled into the fibre. Anything strong enough to lift it lifts the leather's own colour with it.
- Sun fading. That is lost dye, not dirt, so cleaning does nothing for it. Recolouring is a separate job and it changes how the leather feels in the hand.
- Splits in the grain. Conditioning softens the leather around a crack and makes it much less obvious. The crack itself does not close.
- Bonded or PU "leather" that has begun peeling. Nothing puts a delaminated coating back down.
- Old oil, ghee and food grease. Months-old fat has bonded with the leather's own oils. We can usually reduce it to a faint shadow, and you should be sceptical of anyone promising more.
- Deep monsoon mould. Surface growth comes off. Where it has pitted the grain, the pitting stays and sometimes the smell does too.
Before you hand it over
Empty every pocket, twice. A forgotten pen inside a jacket sleeve or bag lining is the most common way a good leather piece is lost for good. Tell us what the stain is and, honestly, what you already tried at home, because coconut oil, baby wipes and shoe polish all change what we are able to do next. Detach fur trims, remove keyrings and charms, and point out existing cracks or scuffs while we count the order with you at your door, so we are both looking at the same item from the start.
What we take
Items we handle
- Leather jackets and coatsOuter hide cleaned by finish type, collar and cuff grime worked separately, and the inner lining treated on its own because that is where sweat salts and deodorant actually sit. Shearling and detachable fur trims are removed and handled apart from the shell.
- Handbags, totes and slingsHandles and the base corners take the most punishment, from hand oils on one end and being set down on floors at the other. Bags are cleaned panel by panel, then stuffed and shaped while they dry so the sides do not sag. Interiors are vacuumed and spot-treated.
- Leather and suede shoesUppers, welt line and sole edge cleaned, insoles and linings deodorised, then conditioned and re-napped where the material calls for it. Our before and after work on suede is on the sneaker side too, including the Nike SB Dunk water-staining job in our results.
- Wallets, belts and small leather goodsSmall items pick up pocket lint, coin transfer and body oil in ways that are hard to see until the leather is cleaned. Belts crack first at the buckle holes and around the fold, so those areas get extra conditioning attention.
- Laptop bags, briefcases and luggageDaily-carry items that collect commute dust, strap wear and desk grime. Cleaned, reconditioned, and the interior compartments cleared out and treated, with hardware masked so nothing greasy ends up on the zips.
- Nubuck and suede pieces of any kindNapped leather has no protective topcoat, so it is never shampooed. It is brushed, blocked, worked on the shiny compacted patches, then re-napped to bring the texture back. Water rings are usually evened across the whole panel rather than spotted.
- Leather trims on fabric garmentsJackets with leather sleeves or panels, and garments with leather piping and patches. The two materials need opposite handling, so they are treated as a combined job rather than run through a single fabric process.

How it works
From your door and back again
Counted and inspected at your door
We count every piece with you before it leaves, note the cracks, scuffs and hardware wear that are already there, and give you a written receipt of exactly what was collected.
Finish test before anything else
A water drop in a hidden spot tells us whether the surface is pigmented, aniline, semi-aniline, suede or nubuck. Everything after this point is decided by that answer, so we never skip it.
Hardware masked, lining separated
Zips, buckles, chains and clasps are protected so no product sits on the metal. Jacket linings and bag interiors are handled as their own job, because sweat and crumbs need a different treatment from the hide.
Clean, matched to the surface
Finished leather is cleaned panel by panel by hand. Suede and nubuck are worked dry with brushes and a rubber block, then re-napped. Nothing is soaked, tumbled or put through a machine cycle.
Recondition
The fats that cleaning removed are replaced so the fibres stay flexible. This is the step that decides whether your jacket still moves properly next winter, which is why we treat it as part of the clean rather than an add-on.
Shaped and dried slowly
Bags are stuffed, shoes are packed, and everything dries at room temperature away from sun and heat. Fast drying is what shrinks and hardens leather, so this stage is not rushed.
