DLF Phase 3 is one of the few parts of Gurugram where a four-storey builder floor, a twelve-bed PG and a thirty-year-old plotted house can sit on the same stretch of road. Being next door to Cyber City is what shapes it. Analysts, developers, consultants and first-job hires take a room or a shared 2BHK here because the office is close enough to reach without an hour on the expressway, and because rent on a builder floor beats a Golf Course Road high-rise. That mix produces a very particular laundry problem.
