Curtains have to come down before we can take them, and rehanging is the part people forget to plan for, so we agree a day rather than a two-hour window and we tell you honestly how long the panels will be away. Rugs and sofa covers are counted piece by piece at your door like everything else, with a written receipt, because these are the items where a missing panel is noticed weeks later.
The wardrobe half of the job
Alongside the household textiles there is a steady, unglamorous formal load: cotton shirts and trousers pressed properly, sarees and suits that go out for dry cleaning rather than a wash, and woollens that come out for six weeks of Delhi NCR winter and then want cleaning before they go back into storage. Leather jackets and bags get treated as the separate craft they are, not thrown in with the rest.

We collect and return the panels; taking them down and putting them back up is usually done by your own household help, and it is worth arranging that for the same day we come. Tell us how many panels and whether they are lined when you book, so we can quote the right time.
Heavy lined drapes take longer than light sheers, and we will give you a straight answer for your specific panels when we see them at pickup rather than a flat promise made over the phone.
Carpets and rugs are collected from your door and cleaned by us, then returned once they are fully dry. Drying is the part that cannot be rushed — a rug returned damp is a rug that smells, so we would rather keep it a day longer.

Removable covers are collected and cleaned with the rest of your order. Fixed upholstery is a different job done differently — tell us which you have when you book so we send the right people and the right equipment.
Yes, and end-of-winter is exactly the right time to send them. Woollens are dry cleaned before storage so moth damage has nothing to feed on; leather is handled as its own specialist process, never alongside a normal dry-clean load.
