On one side of this sector are families who have lived here for decades — a full weekly basket, bedsheets, uniforms, the occasional saree before a function. On the other are students and young tenants in PG accommodation whose laundry is smaller, more frequent, and far more price-sensitive.
What both want is the same: no surprises. Our rates are item-wise and published in full on the pricing page, so a shirt costs what the list says a shirt costs whether you send one or thirty. GST is extra and stated. No pickup charge, which matters more to the second group than the first — sending four shirts should not cost you a delivery fee that outweighs the wash.
The practical side
Ironing on its own is a common booking here for people who wash at home and simply do not have the space or the time to press. That is available as its own service rather than only as part of a wash.
Collections are at the door: a bell at a plotted house, a walk-up for an upper floor, a room-door handover in shared accommodation. The order is counted with you at pickup and receipted, which is worth insisting on in a shared house where several people's clothes leave the same building on the same morning. And seasonally, quilts and blankets — the one item almost nobody can handle in a domestic machine.
