Upholstery is the item to plan for
The one job worth thinking about in advance is upholstery. Removable sofa covers travel with your order and come back with it. Fixed upholstery is cleaned in place with different equipment, which means we need to know before we arrive, and it means picking a time when the room can be out of use for a while. Doing it once a year is a reasonable habit in a city with this much dust; doing it the week before guests arrive is a common but tighter plan.
