Cot and bed linen goes through as linen, not mixed in with outdoor clothes.
School uniforms get pressed rather than folded, because a shirt that arrives creased has not really been dealt with.

Most of them, yes. It depends on the filling, the stitching and whether there is a sound box or battery inside. We check each one at pickup and tell you which can be washed, which will be surface-cleaned and which we would rather not take.
We would put your order through the eco-friendly wash, which uses gentler chemistry and a fuller rinse so less residue is left in the fabric. Tell us at booking and we will note it on the order.
We will not promise a day over the phone before we have seen the items. Tell us at pickup that the uniform is the priority and we will give you a straight answer at the door about which day it comes back.
