The household side is substantial here: room-sized carpets, lined drapes, sofa covers, and quilts and blankets that come out and go back twice a year. Carpets and curtains are booked as an agreed day rather than a slot, because they have to come off the floor or off the rail first and because drying them properly cannot be hurried. A rug returned before it is fully dry is worse than a rug left dirty.

Yes. They are collected from your house, cleaned and returned once completely dry. Drying is the slow part and we will not rush it, because a rug that comes back damp develops a smell.
