At pickup, where we can. Old oil, ink and some dye transfers are often permanent, and it is better for you to hear that at the door than to be disappointed at delivery. If it turns out worse than it looked, we tell you then too.
Whichever you tell us at booking, and we keep using that one. It saves the driver ringing around and saves you going down to the wrong door.
You can send it as one order, but it is counted as one lot on one receipt and billed as one. Most shared flats find it simpler to send separate bags with separate counts so nobody argues about who owned which towel.
It depends on whether they are lined, how heavy they are and what the weather is doing to drying times. We give you a real answer when we see the panels at pickup rather than a number over the phone that we would then have to break.
Both, but they are different jobs. Removable covers go with your order; fixed upholstery is cleaned at your home with its own equipment. Tell us which you have when booking so the right team and kit turn up.
