Tell us at pickup that they are uniforms and which day you need them, and we will give you a straight answer there and then about whether that is workable. We would rather say no in advance than let a child go without.
Send them at the end of winter, before they go into storage, not when you take them out. Dirt and body oils left in wool are what moths feed on, so cleaning first is the point of the exercise.
Our standard wash is an eco-friendly process without harsh chemical residue, which suits sensitive skin. If someone in the house reacts to fragrance or particular detergents, tell us at pickup and we will note it against your orders.
Everything is counted piece by piece with you at the door and written on a receipt before it goes in the van, and your order stays tagged as one lot. The count at the door is what makes the difference, not what happens later.
