Tell us your real hours when you book and we will plan around them where we can. What we cannot do is take a bag from outside a locked door — without a count in front of you there is no receipt, and without a receipt you have no protection.
Yes, and they are among the most useful things to send, since they are the hardest to dry in a single room. They come back only once fully dry.
It is a service in its own right. Most tenants here send wash-and-press together so clothes come back ready to wear, but you can also send a press-only bag if you wash at home. Say which at pickup.
