Two kinds of household share a street in Sector 31: families who have owned the plot for decades and tenants who moved into the builder floor last year. They send us very different bags, which is the whole point of counting at the door.
Two households, one street
The owner side of Sector 31 sends what an established house sends — everyday cottons, home linen, winter bedding, and formal or occasion wear that goes out for dry cleaning. The rented side sends a tighter, sharper load: work shirts, trousers, a couple of blazers, and the shoes and bag that go with them. We run both off the same van and keep them entirely separate on the receipt.
That second load is the one people under-service. A leather work shoe that never gets cleaned dries out and cracks at the crease; a laptop bag picks up a year of Gurugram dust and nobody thinks to send it anywhere. Shoe cleaning and bag cleaning are proper services with us, done by hand and by material, not thrown in a machine with a shirt.
Being close to the middle of the city helps
Sector 31 sits centrally enough that this is a short run for our van, which means flexibility on the day rather than a fixed weekly slot you cannot move. If you are travelling and want everything collected the evening before, say so — we would rather come at an awkward hour than have you leave a bag with a neighbour.
The things we will not do are also worth saying. We will not guess at a stain we cannot identify without telling you, and we will not promise a garment will come back perfect when we can see it will not. If a shirt collar has gone, or a suede shoe has a mark that we think is permanent, the driver says so at pickup and you decide whether to send it.

Yes, and they are not the same job. Leather is cleaned and conditioned so the crease at the toe does not dry out and split; suede is brushed and treated dry. Tell us which you are sending, or just show the driver at pickup and we will sort it.
Sector 31 is a short run for us, so we have some room to be flexible. Tell us when you will actually be home and we will try to match it rather than giving you a window you cannot keep.
You get the garment back with the stain and an honest explanation, not a surprise. Where we can see at pickup that something is unlikely to lift, the driver tells you then, so you can decide whether it is worth sending at all.
Yes. Fabric bags are cleaned and dried carefully so padding does not stay wet inside; leather bags go the leather route. Empty every pocket before handing it over, because we do not open pockets or remove contents ourselves.
