Sector 78 mixes tall condominium towers with affordable-housing blocks, and the two send us slightly different bags. What they share is a long commute, which means laundry gets pushed to the weekend and then it is all at once.
Weekend-heavy, and that is fine
A lot of households here are out of the flat for eleven or twelve hours on a weekday. Nothing gets washed, and by Saturday there is a pile. We are set up for that. One big weekend collection, counted at the door, is a completely normal way to use us, and it costs no more than sending a shirt at a time because pickup and delivery are free across Gurugram either way.
What comes in that pile is honest, everyday stuff: shirts, trousers, kurtas, salwar sets, towels, bedsheets. We use eco-friendly detergents on it and press what needs pressing.
Where wet cleaning comes in
Not everything labelled dry-clean-only actually wants solvent. Some of it comes out better and gentler with wet cleaning, and we will tell you which route we think a garment should take when we see it. That is a conversation at your door, not a sticker we apply behind your back.
Blankets and quilts are the other seasonal load out of Sector 78, and a compact flat with a small machine has no realistic way of doing them at home. They go out in one lot at the turn of the season and come back dried through and bagged, which is the only sensible way to store them.
Shared flats here send us a slightly different bag again: individual bundles under individual names, so four flatmates can split one pickup without their clothes getting mixed up. Ask for that when you book and we will tag the bundles separately.
