Bulk is where counts go wrong, so every piece is counted in front of you at the door and written onto a receipt, and the same receipt is used when your order comes back. If any garment has oil, grease or paint on it, point it out during that count — those are treated separately and pretending otherwise ruins the rest of the load.

Household linen travels with the same order but is handled as linen rather than tumbled through with work clothes, and pressed shirts can come back on hangers if you ask at booking.
